Organoleptic profile

Colour: dark and deep garnet red
Scent of wine: typical hints of ripe red fruits , fruits in alcohol, with toasted notes
Taste: powerful and fruity, with a persistent, savory, balsamic and mineral finish


We harvest the grapes by hand, and select them from the oldest plants
from our vineyard of Palagorrai. Then we press them gently and macerate them for about 20 days. Afterwards, the wine rests in oak barrels for about 24 months. Finally, it spends a long period refining in bottle (min. 18 months)
